On-site diagnostics, repair, networking, and customer support for SMB and residential.
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network issues on-site.
- Deploy routers, switches, NAS, and backup appliances.
- Document work in tickets and educate customers.
- 2+ years hands-on IT support.
- Strong Windows/macOS, basic Linux a plus.
- Reliable transportation; clean driving record.
